🔬 1. Product Developer (Fashion & Accessories)

📍 Location: New York City or Hybrid

We’re looking for a passionate Product Developer with an eye for detail and a love for fashion. You’ll work closely with our design team and suppliers to develop new clothing pieces and accessories that align with the Paris & Fifth™ philosophy – timeless, high-quality, and inspired by Parisian elegance and Fifth Avenue energy.

🧵 Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize new clothing and accessory products

  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers on materials and prototypes

  • Ensure all products meet quality standards and brand guidelines

  • Document and analyze development results for future collections

  • Work closely with our marketing and logistics teams to prepare product launches

✅ You have ideally:

  • 2+ years of experience in fashion, textiles, or product development

  • Knowledge of fabrics, materials, and production processes

  • Strong interest in high-end, luxury fashion

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about design

💻 2. Digital Marketing Specialist / E-Commerce Manager

📍 Location: Remote / Flexible (U.S.-based preferred)

Paris & Fifth™ is growing fast – and we need you to help us reach new audiences. You’ll manage our digital ad campaigns, e-commerce platform (Shopify), and optimize every step of the customer journey, working closely with our creative team to build a powerful online presence.

📈 Your responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Klaviyo

  • Manage Shopify and optimize product and landing pages

  • Create and analyze reports to boost sales and conversion rates

  • Coordinate content (text, visuals, SEO) with the team

  • A/B test and implement improvements across our store

✅ You have ideally:

  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing

  • Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Business Suite

  • Creative eye for design, UX, and brand-building

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on results

📦 3. Order & Logistics Coordinator

📍 Location: Works closely with U.S. warehouse + remote support

Behind every fast delivery is someone who makes it happen – could that be you? We’re looking for a structured, solution-oriented coordinator to manage order flows, communicate with suppliers, and ensure our customers receive their orders quickly and reliably.

🚚 Your responsibilities:

  • Manage daily order flows and coordinate with our 3PL partners

  • Monitor stock levels and handle backorders efficiently

  • Coordinate purchases and packaging supply orders

  • Communicate with customer service regarding shipping questions

  • Provide monthly logistics reports to management

✅ You have ideally:

  • Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain

  • Comfortable working with systems and 3PL communication

  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and great at problem-solving
